What You Will Be Doing

  • Work closely with Managing Director, sales and delivery managers in creating and pitching appropriate solution offering collaterals for the prospects

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and propose hypothesis, approaches and techniques

  • Lead scoping discussions with the client

  • Build and maintain a trusted technical & analytical advisor kind of relationships with influential decision makers within client's organization.

  • Provide thought leadership in developing the new analytics and data-based solutions while exploiting the information obtained through client interactions.

  • Lead marketing & outreach activities like workshops, consulting sessions & service-offering-demos as an analytics subject matter expert.

  • Keep a close watch on emerging technologies and potential services in area of analytics to be able translate it to our service capability augmentation

What You Need for this Position

  • Machine learning algorithms & statistics

  • R or Python or SAS,

  • Structured (RDBMS' like Oracle, MySQL) & unstructured databases (Mongo or HBase, etc.)

  • Any big data platform like Hadoop or Spark

  • NLP and text Analytics.

  • Cloud technology especially AWS & Azure (their components and capabilities)

  • Tableau or Qlikview or Power BI

  • ETL tools like Alteryx, Oracle BI, IBM Cognos

  • Deep learning & any one of its frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, Caffe, etc.

  • Usage experience of, MS Dynamics, Sugar CRM

  • Financial Services experience is a plus*
