The successful candidate must be able to lead a team to perform bankruptcy processes on loans and meet department goals. They must be able to use MSP and LPS Desktop loan management systems. He or she will have a background in bankruptcy, debt collection, or residential mortgage law, be detail oriented, resourceful, diligent and organized, and have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to prioritize work for the team and meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment. The candidate must be able to identify and implement process changes to improve quality and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • At least 5 years of experience with bankruptcy litigation support

  • At least 5 years of experience using LPS desktop and / or MSP

  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to supervise and lead a team

  • Organized and excellent time management

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Understand and complete mortgage calculations related to bankruptcy

  • Possess knowledge of payment histories, audit of financial information, mortgage documents including collateral

  • Proficiency with LPS Desktop, MSP, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and Excel

Team: * The Counterparty Risk Analytics team is responsible for developing and maintaining the methodologies to calculate counterparty credit risk exposures of OTC derivatives, Exchanged-Traded derivatives and Security Financing Transactions. The models are used for advanced Basel regulatory capital calculations, stress testing, and internal risk management measures. * As a quant developer, you will be developing state of the art codebase used for model implementation, testing and providing analysis for the business. It is a great opportunity to work on some of the most challenging problems of the team and apply new technologies to meet business needs.
