Join a team responsible for technical support of operations and improving producibility across multiple production product lines. In this role you will be responsible for technical support of several product lines in a fast paced production environment. In this position the successful candidate will engage in and often lead product improvement efforts (cost/cycle time reduction), maintain continuity of supply (obsolescence, failure investigations, engineering change orders, requirement reviews, etc.), and process improvements. This position requires high levels of collaboration with several functions - the Integrated Supply Chain (Operations, Planning, Sourcing), Engineering and Program Management. This position supports a wide range of activities that maintain technical excellence across the supply base.
Providing electrical engineering support of Avionics systems and line replaceable units specifically with display processors, cockpit displays, flight control computers and subassemblies
Experience with analog and digital electronics troubleshooting and fault isolation - practical problem solving from end item down to component level
Working within and leading cross functional teams through problem identification to resolution
Configuration management process and best practices, processing Class II design changes
YOU MUST HAVE
BS in EE/ME
General understanding of Defense Avionics requirements, contracts and customers
Ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment
Ability to influence stakeholders across all functions to move projects forward
Ability to convey complex technical topics clearly and concisely
