Job Summary/Basic Functions

A successful applicant will assist with daily requirements of the Aviation Program within the flight line. Duties will include assisting the flight line dispatch supervisor in every day operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicant must be enrolled at EKU

Preferred Qualifications:

• Applicants must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and be able to pick up on tasks rather quickly.

• Must have a flight schedule pro account

Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Special Instructions:

• Must attach a copy of your availability.

• Attach copy of your 2024 Summer School Schedule and 2024 Fall School Schedule.

• Need to be available to work fall, winter, spring and beyond.

• Dispatchers expected to work every other weekend.

• Dispatch times are from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm in Summer 2024 so a student worker could get any shift that is set up by the supervisor.

• Fall Dispatch hours will be from 6:45 am to 10:00pm. Student worker could also get any shift set up by Supervisor.
