Role Summary:

The Aviation Operating System (AOS) focuses on process improvement and leadership development. Every leadership program employee is required to do an Aviation Operating System role. Therefore, the AOS Leadership Program Coordinator, in collaboration with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Division Process Leaders (DPLs), and Leadership Program Leaders will be responsible for a variety of functions.

AOS Role Definition

AOS Project Definition

Onboarding

Own calendar of when Core Team has key actions pertaining to Leadership Programs

Own calendar of when program members are coming in & out of AOS

Intro new members to the Core Team

Own intro package & set expectations

Coordinated with Compliance Leader, set up compliance/digital data risk training

Offboarding

Set up project review @ 8AM standup or other

Gather feedback on continues/considers

Partner with Ops leader to identify Fruitful "Learning Moments" to be held in the AOS Core (i.e. Aviation Business acumen, business skills, external business awareness, interpersonal skills, etc.)

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in a complex organization.
