Aero Air, LLC is seeking a friendly part time front desk professional with excellent communication skills and stellar attention to detail.
Duties and Qualifications;
Exciting customer service/front desk position catering to high profile clients in the aviation industry. The preferred candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule for our operation that is open for business 365 days per year.
Job duties include:
Answering multi-line phone with numerous extensions.
Critical decision making skills.
Solve problems in autonomous situations.
Booking hotel accommodations.
Drive company vehicles for customer pickup and supply runs.
Processing on-site car rentals and reservations.
Daily accounting of sales.
Selling services and fuel.
Perform daily tracking reports of aircraft, fuel and services.
Meet, greet and provide friendly customer service.
Build and maintain customer relationships via phone, email and personal interaction.
Qualifications include but not limited to:
Professional appearance with friendly, accommodating, flexible and positive demeanor.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Impeccable follow through with the ability to multi-task and solve complex problems without assistance.
Must be dependable.
Unsurpassed communication skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and listening skills.
Demonstrated dependability and punctuality habits.
Prior customer service experience required.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Previous aviation experience extremely helpful.
Schedule: Weekend and evening shifts.
