Job Description

Infosys is seeking an Avaya IVR Developer. This role will apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.

Required Qualifications:

Candidate can be located within commuting distance of Richardson (TX)/Austin (TX)/ Ashburn (VA)/ Basking ridge (NJ) or willing to relocate.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Atleast 4 Years of IT experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

Min 4 years of IT development experience with all phases of SDLC including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.

Must have min 4 years of Avaya Experience Portal using Orchestrations Designer

Min 4 years of Java/J2EE experience is mandatory

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with IVR systems is a must

Experience with a high-performance, high-availability environment

Must be well versed with REST & SOAP Web Services technology

Experience in Dev Ops Tool Chain (Git/Stash, JIRA, Confluence, Junit, JaCoCo, Sonar, Fortify, Jenkins)

Knowledge in Micro Services Development

Experience in No SQL database - Cassandra

Experience in NLP & Bot development

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
