The Client Services Lead (Manager) for Avanade X is responsible for building strong, trusted client relationships for our most strategic accounts within the region, providing value to the client far beyond a contract or statement of work (SOW.)

You likely have relevant education or 10 years of digital, client services, and people management experience.You have Sales experience in a digital agency, consulting or start-up setting.You have a digital strategy mindset and experience solutioning for clients.You want to partner with Avanade's Sales workforce to figure out what we can offer our clients and open us up for growth.You have an experimentation mindset, take risks, build processes, and are comfortable with ambiguity.You are someone who understands and is EXCITED about the "hustle" of creating new initiatives.You are able to travel up to 25% and negotiate contracts with clients and partners at the executive level.

People & Culture:

  • Coach and engage a high-performing teams that support and build the capabilities of the Client Group.

  • You will also influence the workforce planning to ensure the right skills and capacity for the account needs.

  • You will be responsible for shaping the culture and employee experience to foster engagement, performance and behaviors that align with Avanade's values.

Northeast Regional Strategy:

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to grow our revenue and client penetration in your priority accounts.

  • You will work closely with various teams across Avanade to bring the best experiences, strategy and solutions to our clients.

  • You will also leverage your knowledge of the industry business challenges and goals to create compelling customer and employee experiences that align with the client vision and roadmap.

  • Additionally, you will collaborate with the Regional leadership team to provide strategic guidance and showcase our work product and references to drive market awareness and positioning for Avanade.

This role partners with our clients to uncover their needs/wants to create and deliver valuable, quality solutions. This role is accountable for managing Northeast Region client engagements, client satisfaction, and ultimately driving revenue growth for the region through exceptional relationship building and client management. This role reports to regional leadership. Together we do what matters.

Deep industry account and/or product management knowledge to build high-quality experiences with strategic value.Proven track record of developing strong VP and C-level relationships with clients and partners, consultancy mind-set, and proven track record of growing accounts to $3-5M. Deep knowledge of digital business practices Experience defining solutions that generate measurable results for the client.Ability to lead with high EQ and develop senior level talent.Displayed evidence of a growth mindset, passion for problem-solving, strategic thinking, and customer-orientation among a team.Expert communication and ability present confidently to senior level clients (remote and public speaking).Skilled at fostering strong, cohesive interdisciplinary teams and a master coach who can motivate, grow, course-correct, and guide a team to success.Experience at growing teams, spearheading strategic initiatives, developing GTM materials, and bringing to market new value propositions.
