Our dynamic client is looking to bring on a very technical A/V expert with great customer service skills and executive support experience.
Responsible for A/V technology support during corporate board meetings and assemblies
Coordinate live sound and video for as many as 250+ connected callers
Ensure optimal audio clarity for board meetings, including ear sets
Oversee scheduled checks of A/V equipment in 50+ meeting rooms in multiple loactions
Work at multiple buildings/locations to support meetings where they are held
Project manager duties to mobilize multiple departments for successful meeting support
Maintain confidentiality and security awareness in meetings with sensitive corporate data
Current Technical Environment:
Crestron and Google Chromeboxes
Rooms that have integrated audio and video.
This person would engage with multiple executives and executive admins
Formal suit and tie may be required when hosting certain C-level meetings
Prepare that meetings are set up and working in advance so that they may start on time,
Provide support for the duration of the meeting if any technical issues manifest.
Regularly check equipment in the conference rooms and make sure all firmware is correct and working properly proactively.
Escalate issues to A/V vendor and work to with new vendor during on-boarding
Hands on experience with A/V equipment and software
