BASIS Phoenix South is seeking qualified candidates for an Auxiliary Program Assistant for the 2024/2025 school year!

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Auxiliary Program Assistant to join our team. The Auxiliary Program Assistant will be responsible for providing support and assistance in the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various programs and events, including but not limited to workshops, conferences, and seminars.

  • Collaborate with program managers and team members to ensure seamless execution of programs.

  • Help with logistics and administrative tasks, such as scheduling, registration, and materials preparation.

  • Support in marketing and promotional efforts for programs through online platforms and social media.

  • Serve as a point of contact for program participants, responding to inquiries and providing information.

  • Prepare program materials, including presentations, handouts, and other relevant documents.

  • Assist in the evaluation and assessment of program effectiveness, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases related to programs and events.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of program procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in program coordination or event planning is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing is preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
