The Flight Controls and Autonomy team is currently seeking highly motivated technology pioneers with a desire to steer and lead the Autonomy industry. Successful candidates must be willing and able to work on highly complex challenging problems, leading to world-changing technological breakthroughs.
Team's technical areas of emphasis include Fly-By-Wire Flight Control Systems, Guidance/Navigation & Control (GNC), Flight Test, Autonomy, Aviation Robotics, Perception, AI and Motion Planning.
As part of our motion planning team, you will be responsible for developing software algorithms to coordinate several modules throughout different phases of autonomous flight such as taxi, takeoff, climb, cruise, approach and landing.
Your goal is to create a resilient mission execution architecture that ensures that the autonomous vehicle can respond reasonably under unexpected conditions that may occur and provide alternative solutions.

B.S. in Computer Science or related science degree.
5+ Years of Experience
Experience with advanced data structures and algorithms in C/C++.
Experience with software architecture and design.
Experience with state machines, decision trees and behavioral planning.
Strong C /C++ programming background
