What Your Responsibilities Will Be: Perform wheel inspections to assess damage and feasibility of repair Repair and refinish wheels using industry-standard techniques and equipment Repair cosmetic damages such as scratches, scuffs, and curb rash Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment Keep accurate records of repairs, inventory, and expenses Requirements to Drive Your Career Forward:

Proven experience as a Wheel Repair Technician or similar role Extensive knowledge of different wheel types, finishes, and repair techniques Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for wheel repair Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications for the Job: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in wheel repair are a plus Prior experience working in an automotive repair or body shop is highly desirable Knowledge of proper safety protocols and ability to adhere to them at all times Physical stamina and dexterity to handle the demands of the job Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary Enjoy the Ride: Exciting Perks & Benefits for Joining Our Team:
