What you'll do

As an Automotive Technician you will help drive the continued success of VIOC by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service. Through face-to-face interactions, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance to keep their vehicle serviced and safe on the road.

  • Evaluate customers' needs, working quickly and efficiently.

  • Contribute to a fun team atmosphere.

  • Master products, services and company knowledge.

  • Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers.

  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Other duties and responsibilities include collaboration with regulatory affairs, clinical manufacturing, and R&D. Essential Job Functions: * Strategic translation of business objectives into clinical requirements for clinical trials, investigator-sponsored studies, publications, and meeting regulatory requirements for clinical evaluations and post-market surveillance.Lead and champion utilization of Real World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) to support label expansion, publication, and reimbursement initiatives * Embrace and champion cross-functional partnerships with Regulatory, Quality, R&D, finance, and marketing * Responsible for the administration and organization of clinical research activities; including training and monitoring of investigators/ clinical site staff/ in-house monitors/ CRO (if applicable), supporting regulatory submissions for EU, US, and Canada, writing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance of clinical trials with regulations and quality systems. Be fluent in and champion GCP and GDP as they relate to clinical research activities * Manage the day to day clinical research activities, including CRA training, study documentation development (e.g., protocol), efficient activation and start-up of clinical trial sites according to study timelines, maintaining routine contact with contract research organizations (if applicable), drafting case report forms, adverse event reporting, device / drug accountability reconciliation, and assisting in writing clinical reports/publications * Management of investigator contracts and payment process * Ensure that all ongoing clinical trials are conducted in compliance with the applicable Codes of Federal Regulations (CFR), ICH/GCP, Declaration of Helsinki, the Belmont report, other local regulations, and approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure that the highest quality and ethical standards of the Company's clinical research activities are maintained * Support clinical regulatory filings, in the US, EU and Canada including 510(k)'s, PMA's, IDE's, and CE Marking Applications * Oversight of published literature and clinical results for Wright and competitive products across all pertinent indications for strategic purposes and use in regulatory submissions Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree * 10+ Years of relevant experience * Auditing of clinical facilities * Professional Certification (e.g. CCRP, CCRA, etc) * Computer skills to include Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Clinical trial experience related to clinical trial monitoring and management in medical devices, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals. * Preferred experience (pre- and post-approval) orthopedic medical devices or combination products in the area of trauma and/or bone biology. * Experience with RWD and RWE strategies for medical devices, drugs and/or combination products a plus * Fluent with current GCP/GDPs * Leadership experience (teams, people, projects) Wright Medical Group, Inc.
