The Automotive Technical Consultant supports the Repair Technicians for Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles on the Automotive Diagnostic Hotline. Primary responsibility involves resolving dealer / repair technician concerns utilizing diagnostic processes, problem solving techniques and contact and case handling. Provide outstanding service to keep our customers happy and enhance the vehicle ownership experience.

What we are looking for:

We want candidates that can:

Assist automobile technicians and dealer representatives in skill areas (Engine, Electrical, Transmission, Diesel, Body & Chassis, Audio & Telematics)
Diagnose problems using systematic listening and probing approach
Determine contact type (information or problem-solving)
Check for existing case information through research, manuals, database or contacts
Provide information, data and direction as required
Create new and/or update case file information using Concentrix quality standards
Obtain Product Information updates from liaison representative or database
Get additional help for complex problems for any recurring concerns with no known good information data
Advise dealer representatives of recommendations made
Get additional help for complex problems from engineering community for no repair concerns
Perform follow ups on existing cases and close cases as appropriate
ASE Certifications or Bachelor Degree is Automotive Technology (required)

VIEW JOBS JOB SUMMARY The Staff Development/Clinical Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivery training to all Health Center employees. In addition, performs nursing care in assigned areas in terms of individualized resident needs. This position also fulfills the role of Infection Preventionist. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Develop and deliver training to employees. Training includes, but is not limited to CPR, First Aid, Orientation, Infection Control and In-services. * Administers immunizations and TBs for staff and residents. * Review applications, interview and make a determination on hiring qualified Certified Nursing Assistants. * Assess patients in hospitals and work with Health Center Admissions Coordinator on referrals and marketing. * Counsel employees on performance issues and/or policy violations and follow up with written disciplinary action when applicable. * Assess, evaluate and perform appropriate level of care to help treat a residents wound. * Assist residents and family members with concern, empathy; respect their confidentiality and privacy and communicate with them in a courteous and respectful manner. * Assist Director of Nursing with policy and procedure development. * Act as a backup to the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing when they are out of the office. * Performs other duties as assigned. VIEW JOBS SUMMARY The Member Consultant II provides a seamless delivery of member service from routine to complex issues by assisting in a branch environment. The role will be required to deliver a high quality member experience while using their knowledge of multiple products and will identify, diagnose, and act on members' consumer financial needs, including referrals to the appropriate line of business for specialized services. The MC II utilizes their thorough knowledge of credit union products, including business deposit products and small business loans, consumer loans and lines of credit and deposit products (such as IRA products), to provide excellent customer service to the member. The Member Consultant II is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert to members and Member Consultants, creating an outstanding member experience by resolving member service needs, and delivering expertise in specialized financial services. By applying to this requisition, you have expressed interest in working in a Neighborhood Financial Center within the Mountain District. In the Mountain District, there are pod branches. A pod is a group of branches that are close in proximity to one another. If selected for employment, the candidate will be hired into a pod. Serve as an escalation point on all service issues. * Develop new member relationships through community involvement and existing member referrals by providing members with service excellence. Actively participate in all sales and service activities, goals and responsibilities as requested. * Maintain signing authority for BECU's release of interest on title vehicles Guarantee signatures in accordance with the STAMP program for the sale or transfer of members' stocks and securities. * Sign all line and loan documents that originate through outbound/inbound call center, ensuring each Member's needs are fulfilled. * Perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum 2 years post-High school education required or equivalent years of experience; 3 or more years post-High school education preferred. * Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role at a Financial Institution, 3 years customer/member/client facing experience in a retail environment may be accepted instead. Combination of above experience totaling 4 years may also be accepted. * Experience as a BECU Member Consultant preferred. Experience in business lending, mortgage lending and consumer lending preferred. * Successful completion of in-house training program after hire is required. * Excellent problem resolutions, negotiating, organization and peer coaching skills with the ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion. * Proficient verbal and written skills required to effectively communicate in the English language. * Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Credit Union key objectives, product and service solutions to communicate appropriate recommendations to uncover and address member needs. * Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to all membership, deposit and loan products and services offered including all forms, interest rates and necessary documentation. * Thorough understanding of the sales process and manage a sales pipeline efficiently. * Effective analytical skills with proficient math aptitude. * Ability to work a shifting/flexible schedule; this requires evenings, nights or weekends. * Full time hours required; additional hours as necessary. * Comply with SAFE Act legislation, which requires annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
