Responsibilities include:

  • Leading, training and motivating service team

  • Consistently providing superior customer service

  • Generating results for guests, service team and your store

  • Ensuring all work is performed in a timely and safe manner

  • All aspects of store operation, including profit and loss

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 2+ yrs sales management experience preferably in automotive service

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with vehicle repairs

  • ASE certifications desired

  • Able to explain and sell products and needed repairs to guests in a friendly, understandable manner

  • Strong customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity

  • Lifting ability up to 50 pounds

  • Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including Saturdays & Sundays

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Strong work ethic

The RN-HC will identify patients who will benefit from coordination of care and initiates the care management processes in a quality focused, cost-effective manner across the continuum of care and will also manage the Chronic Disease and Preventive Care Registries. # Using a collaborative approach to providing quality patient care the RN-HC works with physicians and clinical and administrative leadership to design and implement disease management protocols. # Based on a solid understanding of care management and coaching principles, including disease management, stage of change theory, preventive care and outreach work the RN-HC creates population based management strategies and processes that help patients manage their health care needs and foster high quality and cost-effective care for the Hillcrest practice. # The RN-HC will provide competent, compassionate nursing care and coaching based on scientific principles and use the standards of nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, evaluation, planning, and implementation) and best practices in coaching. The RN will be responsible for the clinical direction and supervision of Medical Assistant staff, and all components of ensuring competence of clinical support staff. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.) Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience as an RN Experience in program design and development required Experience in group and individual patient counseling required Outpatient nursing and / or care management experience preferred Experience with educating patients and patient goal setting Strong computer skills with database experience Demonstrated ability to implement data tracking tools which foster high quality and cost effective care. Exceptional customer service skills. Education and Training: License as an RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
