We are growing! Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, an Automotive News Top 150 dealership group with 10 dealerships serving the Central Florida market, has been proudly family-owned since 1938. We are seeking an experienced store leader to launch an exciting new opportunity in the Central Florida area, introducing and building our new VinFast dealership one of the first in the country. You will oversee all dealership activities to ensure store performance expectations and customer service levels are achieved. The Store Leader is responsible for all day-to-day decision making, ensuring the dealership is always reacting quickly and positively to the market and customers.

Skills needed:

• Proven track record selling new and preowned vehicles and influencing fixed operations, while maintaining exceptional CSI

• Possess strong leadership, communication, and training skills

• Ability to resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner

• Ensure department managers are training and supervising employees for optimum effectiveness

• Communicate Corporate Policies and Procedures to all employees and ensure that they are understood and followed

• Create and maintain a safe environment for all associates while complying with all regulations and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Follow manufacturers and company processes while managing activities of all departments to achieve store profitability goals

• Partner with marketing and other internal departments to develop and implement local marketing strategies, to include web and online presence

• Directly manage all dealership associates

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two to four years of Automotive retail experience

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

• Pass background screening requirement
