As the Service Manager at Lincoln of Cincinnati, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our legacy of providing top-tier service to our discerning luxury vehicle owners. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of service advisors and technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of workmanship.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.

• Manage service schedules, prioritize work orders, and ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

• Uphold the dealership's commitment to quality and excellence, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate with other departments to promote a seamless and cohesive customer experience.

• Maintain and improve upon key performance metrics, such as service revenue, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of luxury vehicles.

• Alternatively, 1 year of successful Service Manager experience in a similar automotive environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Vision and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of luxury vehicle owners and the growing Lincoln brand.

• Exceptional organizational and problem solving abilities.
