The Service Manager must ensure that each client receives a premium service experience. The Service Manager trains, motivates and coaches service team members and supervises service transactions, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired in accordance with factory guidelines.
Skills / Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in all factors of service department systems, procedures and controls. Luxury brands helpful.
Proven organizational skills.
Client contact experience.
Business planning abilities.
Ability to manage, evaluate, develop and direct staff
