• Service Manager: Generates revenue, communicates clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns Maintains customer service records in the computer system Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity Oversees employee training and development Ensures a safe working environment Ensures equipment is properly maintained and repaired Requirements
