Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Greet all customers promptly and professionally

  • Determine customer's primary concern and then review additional maintenance needs when appropriate

  • Offer a no cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer

  • Give and document fair, competitive, transparent price quotes, with the customer and dealership's best interest in mind

  • Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time

  • Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction

  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business

  • Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity

  • Other duties as assigned

Here's what you'll need:

  • 2 years of experience as an advisor at a DEALERSHIP

  • Great customer service and retail sales

  • Previous automotive service department or dealership experience highly desired

  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented

  • Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication

  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards

VIEW JOBS 12/5/2021 12:00:00 AM 2022-03-05T00:00 AllianceBernstein's Request for Proposal (RFP) team is in search of a Senior RFP writer to play an integral role in business development and client service efforts through the completion of RFP, RFI, and due diligence requests for AllianceBernstein's Equity Strategies. The Senior Writer will specialize in writing RFPs and Due Diligence Questionnaires for our equity institutional strategies, and onshore and offshore retail funds, while also contributing, where needed, to the completion of other projects and requests. As a Senior RFP writer, the writer will be expected to be able to work directly and effectively with the firm's Equity Product Management and Portfolio Management Teams to write and maintain (keep updated) original and technical product-specific content to support our equity platform, and, importantly, to be able to effectively customize that content for specific sales situations as needed. The Senior Writer will also be expected to remain current on the equity markets as well as the current investment strategies being implemented in our firm's equity strategies. As a Senior Writer, the candidate will be expected to handle a high volume of requests simultaneously and productively. Projects will be both new business development and client servicing-related and include both standard and customized RFPs, Onboarding Questionnaires, and client Due Diligence Questionnaires. Job Description Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Write a high volume of RFPs, RFIs, and Due Diligence Questionnaires for equity strategies across our global institutional and retail channels. * Create and maintain equity related RFP language and content for assigned strategies of coverage, including investment process, research process, team information, and competitive advantages. * Maintain consistent product messaging and updated product language and data in RFP Language database and on 25+ consultant and third-party databases. * Collaborate directly with Product Managers, Portfolio Managers, Research Heads, Traders, and others to update existing RFP language and develop new language. * Customize final documents to reflect a nuanced and targeted response to the specific sales opportunity. * Handle follow-up work associated with RFPs moving to the next phase: coordinating answers, additional information, etc. * Oversee production of final proposals (formatting, technical editing and reproduction). * Field ad-hoc questions from associates, advisors, and our offshore RFP Team daily as needed. Job Qualifications & Key Attributes The ideal candidate should have: * Knowledge of the global institutional and retail markets, and the asset management industry. * Prior experience with US Equity services and US Retail SMA products is preferred. * Excellent and highly productive writer of technical investment material. Must be able to handle a high volume of projects simultaneously. * Demonstrated desire and ability to learn technical info, including philosophy, research and investment processes of our products. * Knowledge of GIPS regulations, Composite requirements, and FINRA and other Fund marketing regulations. * Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills; able to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks to ensure that complex projects are completed by deadline, with interim review steps incorporated Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a large global organization. * Demonstrated initiative and good judgment as well as the ability to work well under pressure and with time constraints. * Interest in and ability to interact directly and effectively with Sales Advisors, Portfolio Managers and other investment professionals. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, and possess the ability to quickly master internal systems and applications. * College education required. 5-7 years of RFP and industry experience preferred. Direct experience creating technical, strategy-focused RFP content is a significant plus.
