Automotive Service Advisor (Lexus Of Milwaukee)

Job Summary:

Lexus of Milwaukee is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. As the primary point of contact for our service department, the Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our valued Lexus customers. This is a full-time position with a base salary and commission structure, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive base salary and commission structure. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome in the service department.

• Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair estimates.

• Schedule service appointments for customers and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.

• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any additional work that may be needed.

• Actively promote and up-sell services to customers based on their vehicle's needs.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure their concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and attend training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.

• Proficient in computer and internet applications.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
