The Transportation and Advanced Polymers business is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Leader to lead our automotive sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an dynamic team of strategic account managers in North America to drive profitable business growth.

  • Leading the sales team to ensure financial objectives are met/exceeded

  • Developing and executing sales strategies that accelerate growth and outperform competition

  • Coaching and motivating the team, setting objectives, performance monitoring, driving accountability, developing and recruiting commercial team members

  • Identifying new growth opportunities and developing new customer relationships to drive growth in our targeted growth and value chain areas

  • Establishing/maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

  • Championing organizational vibrancy, engagement, diversity and inclusion

  • Understand and effectively implement business priorities around market share and profitability goals

  • Drive disciplined sales practices including creation and execution of account plans, utilization of CRM tools

  • Develop clear metrics and process to differentially manage customers and channel partners

Key responsibilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated integrity and the ability to lead by example

  • 10 years of experience in a multinational organization
