Automotive Sales Consultant, Mercedes-Benz Of Wexford

As we continue to grow, Bobby Rahal Motorcar is looking for a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team! If you are a hard-working, motivated individual who wants to represent one of the industry's leading brands, Mercedes-Benz, we would like to speak with you!

In order for us to best serve our clients, evening and Saturday availability is a requirement for this position.

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

• Cultivate and maintain a relationship with clients, before and after the sale, exhibiting a high level of client satisfaction.

• Set and exceed personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.

• Be an expert in the products you represent, able to fully explain the features, functions and benefits while building value in the product.

• Consistently seek and attend vehicle and technology training.

• Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.

• Know and understand state, federal, and local laws that govern retail automobile sales.

What are the general requirements for a Sales Consultant?

• We are looking for a positive, energetic person who wants to be a part of a team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and luxury or sales experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.

• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
