The Receptionist assist visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; welcoming and directing them appropriately. The Receptionist directs visitors by maintaining employee directories and notify company personnel of a visitor arrival. They possess superior communication skills, have a pleasant and friendly disposition and can effectively multi-task.


Strong verbal and listening skills

Responsibilities include:

Heavy phones with multiple lines

Effective communication: taking messages, deciphering importance of phone calls

Provides administrative assistance as needed

Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel

Greets all customers in a warm, sincere and helpful manner

Handles customer complaints or escalates when necessary

Other responsibilities as assigned

  • Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed

The Business Development Center (BDC) Service Representative is the first person our customers speak to in our Service Department. BDC Representatives are responsible for handling incoming phone calls as well as confirming & scheduling appointments.
