Job Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of Quick Lane operations: staffing, provision of vehicle services, warranty administration, client retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records.

• Serves as a liaison between the Service Manage Service Advisors, Parts personnel, Technicians and Warranty Administration.

• Working with warranty clerk to ensure proper warranty processing and disclosure. Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Must have a verifiable track record of success in selling service work while achieving and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

• Strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and complete assignments within expected time frames.

• Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

• Organized and capable of working effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Team- player- will answer phones, write repair orders, and schedule appointments

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of Service Advisor Experience

• Automotive Service/Lane Management Experience

• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals

• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.

• Experience and desire to work with technology

• Valid Driver's License and have and maintain an acceptable driving record.

• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
