Automotive Parts Sales Associate

Fenix Parts, Inc. is one of the nations leading recyclers and resellers of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive products. The Fenix companies have been in business more than 25 years and currently operate from 27 locations throughout the U.S. Our primary business is auto recycling, which is the recovery and resale of OEM parts, components and systems reclaimed from damaged, totaled or low value vehicles.

Our organization is facing rapid growth & we're looking for exceptional sales individuals to join our team. This position offers great earning potential with paid training (100% commission after training). If you love selling, building relationships with customers and making your own pay checks, this is the position for you!

Job Snapshot:

• Monday - Friday, day shift

• You will be selling used automotive parts from recycled vehicles as part of a retail and wholesale team

• Providing price quotes to customers

• Successfully managing inbound and outbound call volume in a fast-paced environment

• Increasing sales through selling of add-on items

• Communicating clearly with customers and team members

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years of sales/customer service experience with a proven track record

• Excellent phone communication skills

• Ability to quickly and accurately handle a variety of tasks

• Strong mathematical aptitude

• Strong computer skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
