Place orders for both collisioncenter and auction paint and body repair shops.
Receive parts in system.
Check all received parts to ensureparts ordered are correct.
Validate and communicate thatcorrect parts were ordered in a timely manner.
Return parts for credit.
Match parts to correct invoices.Return invoices to front office daily.
Order shop supplies including paintordering and general shop labor supplies.
Assist with inventory management andensures that all shop equipment, supplies and tools are clean and workingproperly.
Provide monthly inventory toaccounting.
Perform quality control checks onall work; notify immediate supervision of exceptional or unsatisfactory work orother factors hindering work accomplishment.
Ensure customer expectations are meton all completed work.
Visibly demonstrate safetycommitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling thebehaviors related to such.
Perform other duties as assigned bymanagement. May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
HighSchool Diploma or equivalent preferred.
3years of experience related to automotive parts.
Solidcomputer skills required.
Effectivecommunication skills and organizational skills required. Strong attention todetail and follow-through required.
Experiencein installing/ordering automotive parts preferred.
Validdriver's license and safe driving record required.
Abilityto drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
Mechanicalaptitude with knowledge of bodywork, frame damage and minor mechanical repairs.
Goodorganizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Customerfocused with strong attention to detail.
Regularlyrequired to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
Frequentlyrequired to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
Abilityto constantly enter and exit vehicles.
Abilityto lift 1 - 15 pounds (i.e., starters, alternators, A/C units, etc).
Manualdexterity, repetitive motion tasks.
Frequentexposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level.
