Here's what you'll be doing:
Recruit and train office staff
Complete daily bank reconciliation & cash report
Review and sign company checks
Perform weekly schedule reviews and work with office staff to maintain them.
Collect NSF funds; turn over applicable items to legal counsel for collection
Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records
Review documentation which relate to the handling and processing of documents.
Review payroll before it is processed
Prepare and process monthly sales tax deposits
Prepare and process monthly VIT tax payments
Perform month-end close procedures
Assist in completion of annual/review/audit
Liaison with customers and outside vendors
Lend support to all department managers
Here's what you'll need:
5 or more years of experience working in a franchise dealership business office
2 or more years of experience in a supervisor or office manager role highly preferred
Advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel
Thorough understanding of accounting principles
Experience with DMS systems such as ADP/Reynolds/Ignite a must
High School diploma, college degree is preferred
Must be able to provide references upon request
