Job Description Job Description We are looking for a high-performing Finance Manager who wants to join one of the fastest growing, high performance import dealerships in New Jersey This is an opportunity to get 60-80 turns a month as a Finance Manager in our high-volume import store In combination with the most generous pay plan and spiff program you've probably ever seen The ideal candidate will have EXTENSIVE Automotive Finance Manager experience, leadership skills, knowledge of upselling F&I products, and clean documentation skills to get deals funded in a reasonable time. Our team is comprised of hard-working individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and committed to delivering exceptional results. We offer one of the most competitive pay plans and spiff programs with the BOTTOM being $250,000 annually with the real ability to make $300,000 Annually for the right high-performing Finance Manager who has a proven track record and experience with this level of volume. In addition, you will be eligible for full benefits including 401k, and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with Dealertrack DMS and Darwin for F&I products.
