eTuk USA is currently seeking a Field Service Technician Lead for it's customer support team. This is a Full Time Role based in Denver, Colorado. The Field Service Technician is responsible for in field repairs or upgrades of customer vehicles on a national level. When not in the field, the Field Service Technician will participate in assembly, development, and service support activities at eTuk HQ
The Field Service Technician will be highly focused on customer success. The right candidate will possess the following qualifications:
-Strong knowledge of automotive systems, in particular 12V electrical systems and overall mechanical systems.
-Ability to travel up to 50% of time, including extended field visits.
- It is necessary to have experience with automotive, motorcycle or golf cart maintenance practices preferable with experience working on electrically powered vehicles.
- The applicant must be familiar with standard US and Metric tooling and use as well as knowledge of vehicular 12 volt or possibly 72 volt systems.
-General fabrication and assembly practices and techniques are preferred
