Automotive Center Manager Benefits:

Automotive Center Manager Requirements:

• At least two years in sales and estimate writing

• Associates degree or higher

• At least one year working with customers and automotive technicians

• At least one year in automotive service center management

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

• Very competent in navigating computers and estimating software

• Willingness to undergo a background check/drug screening

• Position is full-time, five days per week

• Excellent appearance, and verbal & written communication skills

Automotive Center Manager Responsibilities:

• Answering phones, greeting customers, and consistently following up

• Evaluating customer concerns, preparing the proper work order, and communicating that between customers and our techs

• Selecting proper parts, preparing written estimates, presenting estimates to customers, and ordering what's needed

• Participating in training when required

• Opening/Closing the store location when needed

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
