Automotive Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers and automotive industry knowledge. As an Automotive Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks related to the automotive dealership's financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts: payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Deals Processing: Handle automotive deals, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Work closely with the finance team to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.

• Assist with inventory management and reconcile inventory counts.

• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in automotive dealership accounting or a related field is advantageous.

• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

• Adaptability: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
