Automation Test Lead

Location: Boston

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Automation testing experience
• API testing Functional and using Rest Assured or similar libraries, SQL knowledge Selenium with BDD - Cucumber and Testing or similar testing framework

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Oversee the automation of test scripts using Selenium and Java.

• Provide expertise in SQL to validate data integrity and accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Conduct performance testing to ensure system scalability and reliability.

• Utilize Cucumber for behavior-driven development and testing.

• Monitor and report on testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks

• Possess strong experience in SQL, Cucumber, Java, and Selenium.

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Show proficiency in test automation and performance testing

Work Authorization:

Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,500- $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
