Job Description:
This position is for an automation engineer to support various digital marketing and analytics solutions.
This individual will be responsible for developing framework, tools and tests to cover the full depth of mobile, web and server side functionality. This individual will be expected to understand the data flow, validate the content that supports a number of data quality checks, verify implementation of marketing campaigns, website analytics tagging, and cookie logic. This individual will be responsible for testing tags implemented via Adobe Data Tag Manager and developing an automation strategy and scripts to automate the tag validation process.
In addition, the automation engineer will also be responsible for developing, creating, and executing manual test cases as required by the project workload and may be required to lead offshore resources.

Must have 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
Must have 3+ years of automation experience with Selenium. Knowledge of Python also a plus but not required.
Strong knowledge of Java programming language.
Knowledge of Web analytics tool like Adobe or Google Analytics
Knowledge of digital analytics testing BI and Data reporting
Knowledge of Digital Marketing campaigns verification
Experience of tag management solutions preferably Adobe DTM,
Knowledge of Data Analysis methods
Understands technology behind social media platforms
1+ years working with Big Data platforms such as Hadoop
Strong knowledge of reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent problem solving skills
Basic understanding of software development principles.
Knowledge of Jira
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Expectations include a high level of initiative and a strong commitment to job knowledge, productivity, and attention to detail
Solid software engineering skills - participated in full lifecycle development on large projects.

Testing is done outdoors in variable weather conditions. * Interpret test results, compile data and generate all test reports accurately and on time. * Work closely with staff and customers to develop innovative performance measurement and analysis methods. Convert customer requirements into detailed, logical and practical Project and Test Plans. * Work with technicians and mechanics to set-up equipment, test articles and facilities in order to prepare for and execute tests. * Execute tests in a professional and timely manner, consistent with general laboratory practices.
