Requirements

Skills Required:•* Electrical Engineering background•* Licensed Electrician or Electrical Technician•* Experience in supporting automated equipment•* Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis•* Proficient in Microsoft applications for documentation•* Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment•* Robust safety background•* Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:•* Respond promptly to production and quality area issues•* Effectively troubleshoot automation issues•* Collaborate with the Engineering Maintenance Team to identify and address root causes of reported issues•* Escalate unresolved issues to the site Automation Team or Engineering•* Replace or swap relevant IT equipment (PCs, network devices, printers) to resolve issues•* Document reported issues, including time of occurrence, details, and triage performed•* Provide regular reports to the next shift and management
