IDEXX are looking for an Automation Specialist. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across various teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and automate repetitive tasks and processes.

Key responsibilities and skills

• RPA Expertise: Leverage your experience with RPA tools to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes.

• Programming: Utilize your programming skills to script and code automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and customize automation solutions as needed.

• Process Automation Tools: Evaluate and select appropriate process automation tools and technologies to meet business needs. Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation software.

• Process Mapping: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create detailed process maps and document workflow processes to identify automation opportunities.

• Workflow Automation: Develop a deep understanding of workflow automation and apply this knowledge to design and implement efficient automated workflows.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze complex business problems and propose automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce errors.

• Logical Thinking: Approach automation challenges with logical and systematic thinking to ensure the successful implementation of automation projects.

• Identification of Repetitive Tasks: Identify repetitive and manual tasks within the organization that are suitable for automation and propose prioritization based on potential ROI and impact.

• Tech Savvy: Keep updated on emerging technologies and trends in the automation landscape to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

• Optimizes Work Processes: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes, making necessary adjustments and optimizations to ensure they meet desired objectives.
