Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations and manufacturing leaders, engineers, and vendors to determine optimal solutions for automation line server assembly process.

• Develop and modify PLC, HMI programs, and computer vision systems.

• Optimize robotic path motions to maximize efficiency, safety, and quality for our customers.

• Identify, understand, and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

• Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on automation systems and components.

• Review equipment capacity and manage spare parts.

• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.

• Train production employees on related automation processes.

• Complete specifications and procedures for new products.

• Responsible for setting parameters and testing customer samples.

• Streamline the manufacturing process and make it as efficient as possible while still maintaining product quality and adhering to internal protocols and external regulations.

• Experience working on complex problems where analysis or data requires evaluation and identifiable factors and interacting with leadership on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.

• Interface with peers, both internal and external to the organization, to complete various reporting and follow-up tasks.

• Guide the completion of projects and conduct technical tasks and/or set specific technical strategy and direction for self and/or others.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Three (3) or more years of experience working with the implementation of automation, robotics, and vision systems.

• Experience with electrical design, schematics, control system integration, and analysis of electrical applications of automated machinery

• Working knowledge and experience in programming and troubleshooting - PLC, Robot, Vision

Salary- $52,000-$98,000k+/yr DOE
