Role and Responsibilities

This Software Test Engineer position will perform automation development, execution and integration role using the skills and experience required below with the GATE automation development group.

Common Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This person will have to design, debug and develop applications in Python in the Eclipse Environment. This person needs to have demonstrated experience with Android Development.

This person needs to be have experience and knowledge in Artificial and Machine Learning concepts (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras etc.) This person will have to design, debug and develop applications in C# in the Visual Studio Environment. This person should also be familiar with JavaScript with JQuery and ASP. This person should have some basic knowledge on SQL and relational databases.

This person will be required to analyze requirements and develop test scripts based on carrier and internal test requirements. This person will be required to interact with external teams to integration, deploy and test automation test scripts. This person will be required to analyze issues coming out of these deployments, do root cause analysis and assign issues for resolution to the development teams.

This person will be required to analyze the test logs, identify issues and present all required information to internal and external teams for issue resolution. This person will be required to manage the issues identified to closure by working with other internal and external teams.

This person will be required to generate test reports, from the executed test cases

Background/Experience Required:
5-10 years software development experience required. BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field is required.

Previous experience in the Mobile automation test field is required.

Necessary skills/Attributes:

Excellent Programming skills in Python required. Android Development Experience is required.

AI and ML knowledge is highly desirable ( Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras ) C/C++/C# Knowledge is desirable along with experience in Visual Studio & .NET JavaScript with JQuery and ASP Preferred. SQL Experience is desirable. GitLab experience is required.

Previous experience in Eclipse required. Telecom Industry knowledge is desired. Sound Software Development practices required.

Excellent communication skills required. Ideal candidate would be the self-starting motivated type. Ideal candidate should be pro-active and be able to engage with multiple teams in multiple locations.

Ideal candidate should have a can do attitude and will need to do whatever it takes to complete the job. Ideal candidate will require excellent multi-tasking skills.

Prefer a candidate that has extensive SQL, data mart, and reporting experience that can assist the team in obtaining data through various ETL tools such as NDM, Autosys, SSIS, etc. This data will be utilized to create various reports that are both ad hoc and recurring. Reporting tools includes Tableau, SSRS, and other Business Intelligence (BI) reports. This position will support the EAM Organization in knowledge and alignment with Enterprise Information Security (EIS) and Enterprise Access Management (EAM) organizations for access needs. * Deliver process consistency across Wells Fargo EIT supporting Access Management initiatives * Works with a variety complex applications and/or application initiatives. * Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. * Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible factors. * Assist with building sustainment reports to monitor EAM compliance with policies. * Build and maintain strong relationships within a variety of teams throughout the organization. Successful candidate will work closely with the Information Security Management, Risk, and Enterprise Access Management team along with business lines and technology leadership across the enterprise in the execution of the WF strategies/objectives.
