Position: Automation and Containerization Engineer
* The Infrastructure Engineer works under minimal supervision and is responsible for designing, developing, securing, implementing, and supporting server infrastructure. This person will work to automate support aspects of the server infrastructure. This involves analyzing, configuring, testing and implementing infrastructure and automation. Including monitoring, securing, patching and controlling the performance and status of server infrastructure. This role will also support and maintain infrastructure for centralized automations and orchestrations. This includes evaluating and making recommendation for enhancements to the existing infrastructure, automations and orchestrations. As a part of infrastructure support and automation this role will provide design, implementation and support for containerization (Kubernetes) clusters.
What You'll Be Doing:*
Discover, design and implement new automations with Ansible playbooks.
Architect, support and implement infrastructure related to Redhat systems, including RHEL, Openshift, Satellite, and operating systems.
Respond to requests for new capacity
Monitor systems for security, performance and capacity issues and respond accordingly
Respond and resolve incidents and outages as needed.
What We're Looking For:*
Security first approach to infrastructure support and automation.
Scan and secure all aspects of server, containers and automation code.
Experience with Ansible playbooks and automations
Experience with Ansible Automation Platform (Tower)
Experience with Redhat Openshift Kubernetes clusters design engineering and support.
Experience with Redhat Operating systems all recent versions for implementation and support
Plan, engineer and design the Automations
Plan, engineer and design complex infrastructure.
Familiar with server cloud infrastructure and support.
Perform routine infrastructure analysis, and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels.
Nice To Have*:
Experience with Perl and or Java scripting
Experience with IBM AIX Operating system implementation and support.
Experience / Education
Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience.
4 year degree is desirable.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:*
$117,000.00 - $143,000.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
