Purpose

Production operations of robotic anodize line.

The Role

  • Operation and Monitoring:

  • Operate automated anodize line equipment, ensuring smooth and continuous production.

  • Monitor the production process to ensure proper operation and quality standards are maintained.

  • Adjust machine settings and control panels as necessary to meet production specifications.

  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  • Perform routine maintenance on anodizing equipment to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize production interruptions.

  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for complex repairs and upgrades.

  • Quality Control:

  • Conduct regular inspections of anodized products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.

  • Document and report any deviations from quality standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of production and quality data.

  • Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards related to the anodizing process.

  • Participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of continuous safety improvement.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the production team to implement enhancements.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications

  • Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical fields preferred.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of anodizing experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Skills:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with robotic automation is a plus

Work Environment

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals and varying temperatures

$28 - $38.25 an hour
