Autocad Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD designer specializing in sports surfaces to join our team. As a Sports Surface AutoCAD Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for running tracks. Your primary goal will be to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of design plans while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD software to create precise 2D drawings of sports surfaces, including layout plans, cross-sections, and elevation views.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet client needs. Review and revise design drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and project team members.

• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in sports surface technology, and regulatory changes to inform design decisions and maintain compliance.

• Provide technical support and assistance to project teams throughout the design and construction phases.

• Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven experience working with AutoCAD software in a professional setting, with a focus on sports surface design preferred.

• Strong understanding of construction principles, materials, and techniques related to sports surface installation.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings. Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design concepts effectively.

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as those set by sports governing bodies and safety organizations.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
