Job Description Job Description Our client is a rapidly growing architectural and engineering firm. We are currently currently seeking to hire an experienced AutoCAD 3D Designer to join their team.

This is a chance for you to touch all aspects of real estate development, from land acquisition and feasibility studies to civil engineering design, all the way through site and building construction. We are a small firm, so all our staff are heavily involved in all stages of design and development.

If hired, this will give you a unique opportunity to see the real estate development process from both sides. We're looking for a strong work ethic, clear ambition, and a desire to learn. We can teach you what you need to know Opportunities:

Gain experience in a wide variety of project types (residential subdivision layout, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use site design, infill redevelopment, etc.) Guide and follow projects through land planning, zoning, site design, permitting and construction. Work closely with and learn from licensed Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Architects and General Contractors…all in-house and at your fingertips Flexible work schedule options PTO Relocation package Participate in in-house real estate development deals Healthcare benefits (medical, vision, and dental) 401(k) match Responsibilities: Work with a licensed Civil Engineer to deliver multi-faceted projects on time and within budget Revise plans based on redlined mark-ups Apply CAD expertise and skill in the development of detailed plan sets Complete field observation, inspections and data collection duties Communicate with clients and design team as directed by senior engineering staff Requirements:
