The Auto and Liability Claims Customer Service Representative contributes to the company's success by providing professional customer service by completing accident reports for property, auto, and general liability losses. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented as they transmit the claim reports and all related documentation to the Claim Administrator ensuring accuracy.
Essential Job Functions
Provide exceptional phone customer service to field management, claim administrator, and customers.
Provide detailed communication to the field management team members to ensure that they understand the procedure in the life of their claim.
Complete loss notices for auto, general liability, and property claims.
Provide administrative support to the Claim Department.
Skills and Qualifications
High School diploma, or equivalent.
Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Professional knowledge and experience in Insurance industry desired.
