The ENTRY skill levels we're looking for:

• Lube Bay/Apprentice techs

• Quick-lube type experience

• Basic automotive mechanical knowledge

• Willingness to learn and receive mentorship

• Drive and desire to want to advance in your automotive career to take advantage of ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Responsibilities

• Have a good eye for attention to detail. The details matter!

• Perform multi-point inspections

• Perform maintenance or repairs commensurate with your experience

• Recommend services based on findings from various multi-point inspection procedures

• Inspect, drain, and fill or top off fluids according to manufacturer's specifications

• Maintain tires by checking air pressure, inspecting tread wear, and performing rotations

• Perform oil changes including draining, filling, replacing filter, all while ensuring accuracy of parts used and proper threading

• Work with, support, be supported and receive training and guidance from an experienced technician

• Work quickly and accurately as a member of a fast moving team

• Other duties as needed to benefit you or your team
