• Previous experience as an Auto Estimator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and estimation techniques.
• Proficient in using estimation software and other relevant tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide accurate estimates.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Willingness to travel locally
