Our reputation is built on quality, personalized service, and attention to detail. The auto body technician will be responsible for leading complex repair projects and offering expert assessments for severely damaged vehicles.

This advanced role also includes mentoring and training junior technicians, requiring strong leadership and advanced technical skills in auto body repair.

Job Responsibilities: Lead complex repair projects. Provide expert assessment and solutions for severely damaged vehicles.

Train and mentor junior technicians. Oversee and manage workflow in the shop, ensuring efficient operations. Perform quality control checks on completed jobs to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Stay current with emerging technologies and repair techniques in the auto body industry Independently perform auto body repairs on vehicles. Use tools and equipment to remove, repair, or replace damaged parts. Collaborate with estimators to assess damage and plan repair processes.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards in all repair work. Assist in preparing vehicles for painting, including masking and priming. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Performs other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications, Education, and physical Requirements 5 years of experience in auto body repair. Advanced certification in auto body repair and painting.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Manual Dexterity and Hand-Eye Coordination:

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment for auto body repair work. Physical Strength and Stamina: Capability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), stand for prolonged periods, and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.

Flexibility and Balance: Comfortable with bending, kneeling, stooping, and working in awkward positions or tight spaces as required in auto body work. Visual Acuity:
