Key areas of focus: External Communications and Content Development * Develop and execute media plan for Chase Auto business. * Maintain relationships with relevant national, trade and local media, understanding their reach and audience and determining how to best engage throughout the year to secure positive coverage opportunities. * Monitor the news cycle and business landscape to identify best practices and white space for new opportunities. * Drive engagement with target audiences (consumers via news media and social, business community via news media and employees via various internal channels), * Develop content, e.g. media pitches, press releases, articles, videos, podcasts, social media content, etc. that can be used on multiple channels (internal and external) – need a communications plan for all of our content. This will be done in partnership with the Auto marketing team and requires an understanding of the Marketing Communications landscape and tactics. * Manage production of compelling video content, whether shooting video, compiling user-generated content or partnering with film crew/producers/editors * Identify opportunities to use existing thought leadership content with media and employees; brainstorm new topics and themes to create new thought leadership content around. * Collaborate on internal and external influencer programs as needed. * Manage agency relationship and associated administrative tasks Internal Communications * Promote relevant Chase Auto content internally: with all content, think through promotion channels to maximize results. * Communicate employee offers consistently in an effort to make employees brand ambassadors of Chase Auto * Share employee/customer satisfaction stories internally Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required * 3-5 years of communications experience at an agency or in-house; auto or financial services experience required. * Excellent writer with ability to write for different audiences: media and internally to employees at different levels * Visual storytelling through various tactics including video and PPT. Understanding, or experience with video production including storyboarding, shooting and editing * All-around team player who is passionate about communications and can identify and tell great stories. * Fluency across social media and other communications channels, with a proven ability to tap them to protect reputation and promote the brand. * Must think and execute projects strategically, efficiently and innovatively. * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; follows through to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness * Excellent relationship building and collaborative decision making skills; strong verbal and written communication skills * Flexibility to manage changing priorities and timelines Jpmorgan Chase & Co.
