Auto Body Parts Coordinator

Job Description Job Description The Parts Coordinator is an integral part of the Eveland Bros. team.

They are responsible for ordering and verifying incoming parts, tracking orders in the management system and the tracking of parts credits.

They must be able to read and understand every aspect of the repair plan. They must maintain a positive attitude and cooperate with managers and employees in a positive manner. They must work well independently, as well as with a team.

The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering parts and required components needed to perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles needing collision repair and/or paint. In addition, you will have a key role in dealing directly with estimators and technicians. Some day-to-day Parts Manager job duties include:

Helping estimators and technicians find and purchase the correct parts Overseeing special orders Collaborating with managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs Ordering and Receiving all parts deliveries Check parts for damage and/or inaccuracy (mirror match) Receive parts and scan invoices Notify appropriate team members of any missing or broken parts Sort parts on the cart for particular jobs Monitor and track parts credits Keep a clean and orderly work area Deliver parts to techs Eveland Bros. has an immediate need for Automotive Parts Coordinator.
