Overview

Perform necessary rework needed to move product back into useable inventory. Monitor supply levels and be able to use a pallet jack to move pallets in and out of the area.

Responsibilities

  • Move pallets of rework using a pallet jack.

  • Pick up carton from pallet and place on work station.

  • Check for damages.

  • Reject products not meeting specifications.

  • Gather supplies needed to fix product.

  • Apply necessary tags, hangers or repackage product

  • Scan product with a hand held scanner

  • Place product in a case and place on a pallet.

  • Document productivity information.

  • Notify supervisor of problems and assist in identifying and correcting these problems.

  • Meet quality and productivity measures as required.

  • Perform all tasks to ensure a safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and policies.

  • Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be a self-starter & self-motivator..

  • Read, write, add subtract, multiply & divide understand implied instructions.

  • Regular attendance is required.

  • Must be willing to work with minimal supervision

  • Must be able to use excel spreadsheets and enter data into export documents.

  • Must be able to identify garments accurately.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Familiarization of styles, sizes, UPC and product specification

  • Must have working knowledge of warehouse management system (WM2006)

  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Must be able to work safely in a fast paced team environment.

Successfully lead your team through a cosmetic reset for a leading beauty brand. Not interested in leading the team? We also have positions available for reset merchandisers. Team Leads will: * Oversee and direct team of individuals who will be removing/placing merchandise * Work with store management and team members to complete the reset within the allowed time frame * Reset activities could include: Removing items from shelf, moving shelves, building fixtures, reorganizing the products according to the plan-o-gram provided, replacing shelf tags, filling in new products and retrieving additional stock when necessary * Perform tasks in an efficient and organized manner * Complete training and certification programs * Ability to implement retail plan-o-grams and merchandising materials MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: * Prior experience in retail merchandising and resets * Ability to read and implement plan-o-grams * Cosmetic Reset experience preferred * Reliable transportation to arrive at store as scheduled * Commitment to finish the entire reset * Good communication and customer service skills * Prior team lead and or supervisory experience required PHYSICAL: * Lift, carry or move bulky equipment, fixtures and supplies, up to 50 lbs * Bend, stoop, reach and twist * Must be able to extend arms and reach/lift over head * Repetitive motions requiring use of wrists, hands and fingers * Ability to accurately communicate detailed or important information in the applicable environment * Able to work for extended periods of time COMPANY: Premium has been pioneering bold retail strategies, tools and technologies since 1985 with a single goal: to help our partners advance their industries and the lives of their consumers.
