  • Assessing and auditing the internal controls and risks of the company's business processes

  • Work within a team to create a foundation of knowledge of brokerage and banking processes in order to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses in the overall environment

  • Making recommendations for management to enhance the control structure to adhere to internal policies as well as regulatory requirements.

  • A staff auditor can also be involved in the planning and execution of internal audit procedures and the creation of internal audit reports.

Requirements

  • Spring 2020 Graduate

  • Minimum GPA 3.0

Preferred

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Knowledge of accounting best practices

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to learn financial industry standards
